Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of 50% of the service cost.

Rescheduling Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling requests. Due to high demand, we may not be able to accommodate a new appointment for several weeks.

Matting Policy

For the health and safety of your pet, we reserve the right to remove any matting deemed harmful. This may require shaving affected areas. We will not leave matting in the coat, even upon request, as it can cause discomfort and health issues.

Behavior & Biting Policy

If a pet exhibits aggressive behavior or bites, we reserve the right to stop the grooming session immediately. Future appointments will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure the safety of both the pet and our staff.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to ensure every client is happy with their pet’s groom. For best results, we encourage a brief consultation at drop-off to confirm your desired style. Without this, achieving your exact expectations may be more difficult.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if we believe it is in the best interest of the pet or for the safety of our staff.
